1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use p4444's services, in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. p4444 strictly prohibits access to minors.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. The p4444 platform is operated for users in the Philippines. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is the sole responsibility of the user. p4444 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, agents, and close relatives of p4444 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register as players or participate in games on the platform.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the p4444 platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, exploit bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p4444 login credentials. p4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify p4444 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your p4444 account, including any balance, bonuses, and accumulated rewards, is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual.
4.1 p4444 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document and may include a live selfie verification.
4.2 Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, PhilSys national ID, SSS card, PRC ID, voter's ID, and other PAGCOR-approved government-issued IDs.
4.3 p4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
4.4 All KYC data submitted to p4444 is handled in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Accepted methods may be updated at p4444's discretion without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. p4444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and standard processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) within 1–2 banking hours; USDT within 30 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or pending compliance review.
5.4 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. For security and AML compliance, withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified p4444 account. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be accommodated.
5.5 Source of Funds. p4444 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into the platform. This is a compliance requirement under Philippine AML regulations and is not waivable.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by p4444 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms apply in the absence of promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified; uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.

7.1 All games on the p4444 platform operate under individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game display outcomes and p4444's server records, the server records shall be authoritative.
7.2 Certified RNG. All random number generator (RNG)-based games offered by p4444 — including slots, virtual table games, and arcade games — are certified by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure genuine randomness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a platform or game malfunction, p4444 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-malfunction state. No compensation is payable for wins arising from a verified malfunction.
7.4 p4444 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end that result in interrupted game sessions. Bets already confirmed by p4444's server remain valid regardless of subsequent connectivity loss.

11.1 The p4444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, p4444 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 p4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues; or gambling losses incurred through use of the platform.
11.3 p4444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their p4444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their p4444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure of a compliant account with no pending disputes or outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.
12.2 Platform-Initiated Termination. p4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; fraud, collusion, or abuse is suspected or detected; legal or regulatory requirements necessitate closure; or account activity poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.
12.3 In cases of termination for cause, p4444 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with prohibited conduct and to report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement agencies where legally required.
13.1 These Terms and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the p4444 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and p4444 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact p4444's customer support team in the first instance. p4444 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
14.1 p4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or via prominent notice on the p4444 platform, at least seven (7) days before the effective date where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the p4444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
